Dencio’s Greenhills Accommodating Service (Eye)
Numerous visits to Dencio’s different branches in Metro Manila, and lately, Greenhills, in particular, have made me familiar with their level of service and efficiency.
Free Iced Tea That is why, when my server, Vinx Banzuelo, served me a glass of Iced Tea while waiting for my take out on 14 September 2006, I made sure to ask, “Is this free?”
Customarily, I knew that the beverage was not offered to customers waiting for their take out nor dining in. Only when he said yes did I start sipping.
Sisig Bangus Instead of Sisig Pork Presently, Dencio’s has a tie up with HSBC Credit Card that gives the customer a free dish of Sisig Pork with every Php 500 bill.
Since we prefer bangus (milkfish) instead of pork, I tried requesting for a product substitution. I fully expected to be refused since we tried it before in Dencio’s Metrowalk, and the server said it can only be Sisig Pork.
To my pleasant surprise, my server, Vinx Banzuelo, acquiesced to my request and I ended up with a healthier version of the greasy Sisig.
