Pussycat Dolls Concert in Manila 2006 Highlights

The audience sang ‘Stickwitu’ with the group without any prompting.

Six very lucky audience members got the chance to strut their stuff during a dance showdown. The winners were judged from the crowd’s clapping, who turned out to be the two boys who joined the contest.

The last song of the evening was a longer version of the Pussycat Dolls’ first major hit ‘Don’t Cha.’

The show began at 9.30 pm and ended 10.30 pm.

Pussycat Dolls Onstage at the Araneta ColiseumA stunned silence met the Pussycat Dolls’ sudden departure from the stage. People didn’t move even when the stage lights were turned off, at which point I don’t know what happened next because my friend and I left just in case the scene turned ugly.

I was at the concert. It was such a magical night and I was also deeply moved when Nicole cried because of the warm reception of the crowd. Don’t worry, the scene didn’t turn ugly after the show. It was just 20 minutes of people chanting, “We want more!”

The crowd was what that made the whole concert so memorable. Everybody was singing, dancing and cheering for the girls. The arena was filled with love and joy that night. So memorable!
