Pizza Hut Bistro Gateway Near Loss of Payment (Ire)
The Apology Mr. Ortega called me in the afternoon and said that they have prepared a surprise for me, and asked if I can pass by later, if I’m free, that is. Thankfully, a friend, who was with me at the time, was available to accompany me.
The ‘surprise’ consisted of a Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza, which Mr. Ortega said was his son’s personal favorite. Since we chose to dine in, I requested for a couple of glasses of Green Tea, which they gave in single serve portions.
Mr. Ortega came back repeatedly to ask about the food, thank me for giving feedback, etc.
Am I going back?
Eventually, but not for a loooong while.

Actually, we also experienced the same with Pizza Hut Bistro at Insular. Yun naman, bottle cap sa pasta…..

The server also gave me a clear straw when I ordered bottomless. When I asked for a refill, nag-explain pa ko. Kainis.

Medyo yata cursed ako kung ang pag-uusapan ay pizza. Medyo madami na akong horror experiences sa Pizza Hut Sta. Mesa and Gilmore, and Sbarro Megamall. Maybe kailangan ko maging katulad mo…lalo na ako ang customer and I’m paying for it. Grrrr!
