Pizza Hut Bistro Gateway Near Loss of Payment (Ire)

Penne in Tomato Cream SauceA Strand of Hair While still eating, I had half of my order readied to be taken out (this was before I asked for the bill, just in case you think the staff might have done the action described below deliberately).

The take out became a handy midnight snack upon reaching home. As the picture shows, I was horrified, after taking a couple of bites, to find a short strand of hair. It would have been preferable to find a long strand because then I would be sure that it had come from the head, unlike a short one, which can come from either the upper or nether regions.

It was fortunate that I had to take the LRT the next day, which is connected to the Gateway Mall, so I passed by Pizza Hut Bistro before my ride and conferred with Mr. Kerwin Ortega and showed him the actual remains. I demanded that they call me within the day.

Just in case you’re wondering why it’s imperative that this matter be settled immediately, it’s because I like Pizza Hut Bistro. If they did not apologize in an acceptable manner, I have to cross them out of my list of places I can go to, like, as of the moment, I can’t go back to Nike Women in Gateway Mall.

Actually, we also experienced the same with Pizza Hut Bistro at Insular. Yun naman, bottle cap sa pasta…..

The server also gave me a clear straw when I ordered bottomless. When I asked for a refill, nag-explain pa ko. Kainis. :-(

Medyo yata cursed ako kung ang pag-uusapan ay pizza. Medyo madami na akong horror experiences sa Pizza Hut Sta. Mesa and Gilmore, and Sbarro Megamall. Maybe kailangan ko maging katulad mo…lalo na ako ang customer and I’m paying for it. Grrrr!
    Next time……
