Name and Location

Hello, my name is Lorna Lopez and I’m based in Manila, Philippines.

Profession

I’m a director, choreographer, scriptwriter, actor, and host, although I’m focusing more on my directing career than my performing one.

Why The Bachelor Girl

I wanted a domain name that would acknowledge both my masculine and feminine aspects, so that’s why I chose the phrase Bachelor Girl, although, I had to add the word ‘The’ because there’s an Australian singing duo with the name of Bachelor Girl already.

Incidentally, this blog was created on 11 July 2005.

Interests

My site is designed to upload quickly, hence, its simplicity. You will rarely find politics and sports among its pages, because, of course, I would prefer to write about things that interest me, such as shows and events in Manila, movies, food, texting or sending SMS, consumer issues or incidents, etc.

Quotations and Images I’m alright with being quoted, or portions being cited, and the images I took being posted somewhere else, but, please do give credit to me by a link. That way, I also get to visit your blog too.
