Outside those periods or if you’re in a hurry, then, of course, use the Php 10/3 mins and Php 15/5 mins. Dial *883 + 11 digit mobile number.
Lowering your Smart mobile phone expenses will take more organizational effort on your end because you have to approximate your actions’ consequences financially, but in the end, think of it this way– it’s one way of beating the system.
