McDonald's Beef Teriyaki & Crispy Chicken RiceBurgers

McDonald’s Beef Teriyaki & Crispy Chicken RiceBurgers- McDonald’s is introducing its new products, Beef Teriyaki & Crispy Chicken RiceBurgers, in limited outlets, like the 24 hour branch in Ortigas (across Meralco and beside the Shell station).

RiceBurger

RiceBurger- “RiceBurger what?” you might say. It’s glutinous sticky rice (like kakanin or native rice cakes) that’s been shaped into buns with the outer parts slightly crispy.

RiceBurger Packaging

RiceBurger Packaging- The innovative part of the RiceBurger Packaging is the fact that it tears open in the middle, making it easier and faster to get to the sandwich. Ultimately, I think the RiceBurgers will appeal to the consumer who likes to eat rice but doesn’t want the inconvenience of having to bother with a spoon and fork.

Guess they’re done with the market testing because the McDonald’s RiceBurger is being advertised on TV ads and billboards.

Pero pinalitan ng McDonald’s ang pangalan. Instead of Beef Teriyaki, naging Beef Supreme at ang Crispy Chicken naging Chicken Supreme.

Mahal ang McDo RiceBurgers. Php 100 ang Beef Supreme habang Php 110 naman ang Chicken Supreme.

The tarpaulins and stands for the McDonald’s RiceBurgers are so confusing. Some say Php 75 or 85, the others Php 100 or 110.

I asked the manager of McDonald’s Greenhills what the real deal was. Here goes:

    For just the RiceBurger sandwiches:

    Chicken Supreme Php 85
    Beef Supreme Php 75

For the RiceBurger sandwiches WITH fries and drink:

    Chicken Supreme Php 110
    Beef Supreme Php 100

    Hope that clarifies matters ;-)
