Trumpets Playshop 2006
If you’re wondering whether your child can still be enrolled in Trumpets Playshop 2006 even though the classes officially start today, the answer is, “Yes, you may still enroll!”
Aside from the traditional voice, theatre and dance classes, Playshop proves once again that it is constantly growing by offering classes that reflect the popular trends in the market, like cheerdancing. Playshop Head Lani Mabilangan-Ligot is proud to say that Trumpets’ Playshop is the only theatre workshop in the country that provides the opportunity for 13 year old and above students to explore both their physical skills and theatrical skills.
Trumpets’ Playshop has also proven to be a trendsetter by integrating modeling classes into the workshop a couple of years ago. It was so successful that it has grown from a class for teens to include additional classes for kids and adults.
Plus, Playshop has recognized for some time that special kids have their own creative skills that need to be developed. I was very honored to have been part of an exploratory class several years ago when Playshop teamed up with a special children’s school to mainstream special children into a regular children’s theatre class.
I am very proud to say that the special children blended in so well that hardly anybody in the audience realized the difference between the regular and special kids, or as one of the regular children pointed out that they’re special too, I started saying “special kids” to refer to the regular children and “extra special” to refer to the special children.
This year, Playshop will have a class for the “extra special” children from ages 6-12 that’s called Creative Explorers.

Hi… I’m a proud Playshopper. I really, REALLY love Trumpets. (I see Sam Concepcion each and every day. Hehe.)
Well, I enrolled in Shang together with my friends. Hehe. I miss Trumpets since our last day was last Thursday. It was also our showcase. Our play was “The Wiz”— shorter version of “The Wizard of Oz”… I was so glad to get the part of the Witch of the West. Hehe. Anyways, my section this year was CMT-H (Children’s Musical Theater- H).
I would like to greet my most beloved teachers, choreographer and Director…Miss Ring Antonio, Miss Ruth Alferez, Sir Red Concepcion, Sir Josephus and Direk Maynard… Thnx for everything!!! Mwah!!! Hehe…
Wow!!! How much kung mag-enrol sa Trumpets? If ever lang….
I’m not sure how much the rates are. It’s better to call Trumpets to inquire. The numbers are at the end of my post. Hope you join…
Hello… I want to join Trumpets Playshop pero hindi ko alam kung magkano ang fee… Saan rin kayo located at anong class ang bagay kung 11 yrs old ako…
Hi Mikee,
It’s great that you want to join Trumpets. Since you’re 11yo, mas mabuti siguro na kausapin mo ang parents mo tungkol dito. Matutulungan ka nila by discussing with you your plans. Tapos sila na ang tatawag sa Trumpets to get the details like the fee and venue. God bless!
Hi! I’m from Trumpets too….. Namimiss ko na nga eh. I am from Streetdancing Kids C. Maybe next year I’ll enroll again. See u!
