Choose Your Tattoo Design- Ideally, before you go to the tattoo shop, you’ve already chosen your tattoo design, or, at least, have a pretty good idea of what you want. It is permanent after all.

Preparing the Skin Area- After having chosen your tattoo design and which body part you will put it in (the tattoo artist can advise you about these details), the body part is prepared by wiping it with alcohol, shaving the hair, and putting on a layer of underarm stick-on, which is supposed to help the skin absorb the dyes (and if you’re thinking what I’m thinking, it sounds a lot like what you do to your armpits).
