New Globe UNLIMITXT SMS Activation Notices

From the activation notices, I’m deducing that Globe is changing its unlimited SMS service’s name from TXT NONSTOP to UNLIMTXT, probably for better recall.

And aside from the previous products of Php 15/1 day, Php 25/2 days and Php 50/5 days, there is an additional Php 100/10 days service being offered (but, as of the moment, i.e., 28 March 2006, I’m not sure whether the Php 100/10 days service is being continued because it’s not mentioned in the activation notices, free advisory or ads).

Also, to further accommodate its growing market, Globe has changed the activation notices for unlimited Globe to Globe texts from purely English to a combination of English and Tagalog.

You will still receive 4 SMS, with the third one being the most important one, since it’s the one that signals the start of the service, the SMS activation notice, so to speak.

First SMS from Globe 2870 Thank you. Natanggap na nmin ang iyong request at ksalukuyang pino-proseso. Sa loob ng 24 hrs, hintayin ang msg na nagsasabing maari nang gamitin ang UNLIMITXT.

Second SMS from Globe 2870 ur now registered 2 Globe’s UNLIMITXT promo of P15/1 day(s)! Sa loob ng 24 oras, hntayin ang msg na magssbing maaari ng gamitin ang promo. Hbang hnhntay ang msg, P1 pa rin ang kda-txt msg na ippadala mo. Pls maintain P1 sa iyong accnt pra patuloy na mkpag-UNLIMITED TEXTS.

Third SMS from Globe 2870 U can now use the Globe UNLIMITXT service! Enjoy unlimited Globe-Globe TEXTS for 1 day(s)! Hbang ksali sa service, ang iyong FREE TEXTS ay maaari pa rng gamitin pra sa text mo sa ibang network. Pls maintain P1 sa iyong accnt upang patuloy na makapag-UNLIMITED TEXTS.

Fourth SMS from Globe 2870 Natigil na ang iyong Globe UNLIMITXT. Pra muling mkapag-unlimited Globe-Globe texting, txt UNLIMITXT15, UNLIMITXT25, UNLIMITXT50 to 2870.

Once again, please make sure that you get the third SMS, and while waiting for it, continuously check your balance because you might be charged without receiving the service. Send BAL to 222 for a free update on your balance.
