hi cuckie i have a friend who wants to join the amateur tournaments in boxing. does he have to be a member of elorde for a long time, or pwede na pa-member siya anytime then he can sign up?

also, is this april 10, 2010 ung boxing intergym na? wala nang ibang dates?
