Support Sun to Lower Globe and Smart Rates
My Personal Experience with Sun’s Services
Sun’s weakness is its inability to service the numerous calls at certain periods during the day, so there will be times you will be informed that the network is busy, but you will get through eventually on the second or third attempt. So think of your Sun as your line for chatting (you have 14:59 to chat before it’s automatically cut off), while your Globe and Smart is for your urgent without delay calls.
I have tried calling to and from various locations in the Philippines such as Cebu, Batangas, Taytay, Antipolo, and, of course, Metro Manila areas. I noticed that the signal is particularly strong in Makati. There are still dead spots, of course, but I’m sure the Sun network will improve its system and signal in the future.
But we have to make sure that Sun exists in the future so that Globe and Smart are forced to be on their toes by continuously offering better deals and prices.
So please consider buying a Sun product, or go for the long haul, form a network of buddies and enjoy Sun services to the fullest extent.

Smart and Globe are greedy and that behavior is really irritating. Think… All these years we are paying 1 peso per text without knowing that it is possible and they would still earn by giving unlimited text or calls or both packages to prepaid and postpaid subscribers. And they also tried to file a lawsuit against SUN. damn them. With regards to SUN’s reliability, I believe that’s understandable since they’re still building their networks and towers to provide better service. SMART and GLOBE would have faced the same thing if there are same number of people using cellphones nowadays when they started…
