FYI, it is against the law not to give the consumer his change, even as small as Php 0.05. As a consumer, I encourage companies to follow the law by asking for the full change ALWAYS. With regards to the tip, if the food arrives on time, the correct food items are brought and full change is presented, I give a minimum of Php 10. If the rider is particularly courteous, I give Php 15-20. If the whole experience from taking the order to the delivery is excellent, I take the time to call the manager of the branch to give feedback. Thank you. Hi Gus.
