What’s Up This Week #11
The post Chatter & Chunter #4- Cheap Eats at Bellinis & Wai Ying proved to be so popular that I’ve decided to write a series of posts dedicated to eating places that offer pretty good food at reasonable or even cheap prices, starting off with the café Cheap Eats — Coffee & Vanity. This coming week, I’ll feature S.R. Thai Cuisine, which was listed in the aforementioned Chatter & Chunter post. I searched for its whereabouts in the Katipunan area and was able to find its new location.
I’ve also decided to create another series of posts that will present humorous accounts from real day life; consequently, it’s called Chuckles. I’ve renamed two previous posts From the Mouth of Babes to Chuckles — The Perfume Detective and Chuckles — Bribing Style of a 3 Year Old.
Depending on the nature of the tale, Chuckles can appear in any category. So, while the first two are posted in the Kiddie Korner, Chuckles— The Noisy Ghost is in the Movie Mad Plus category because it’s theatre related. A fourth, Chuckles — The Dog Driver, are on its way this week.
Since the number of Post Series is increasing, I’m going to list them down with a short explanation in a new page so that if you ever get befuddled it’s always easily accessible, just like the Top 5 Posts.
Smart has decided to join the unlimited text fray and has come up with its own version. I’ve taken a look at it and compared it to Globe. I didn’t bother to compare it with Sun, because Sun will ultimately come out the winner.
Research for dog trivia for a hosting stint for a dress up your dog contest gave birth to a tongue in cheek version of the facts— An Irreverent Take on Dog Trivia.
I’m still wracking my brain for Halloween related articles. I was successful last week with Chuckles — The Noisy Ghost and The Phantom of the Opera Sexy Duet. Hopefully, other topics will come to mind.
If there are other changes during the week, I’ll edit this post to keep you updated. Thank you everybody.
