What’s Up This Week #10

For Fitness First members, I’ll be making a list of the reasons why you might want to Take the Fitness First Branches Tour (Part 1) and (Part 2), from the rural picturesque scene that can be found in the Eastwood branch to the overhead 8 inch showerheads in the Ortigas branch.

I’ll be giving directions to a cozy habitué of theatre performers and enthusiasts— Bumbling Finds #3— Coffee & Vanity.

I’m also hoping to catch a couple of the digital entries to Cinemanila before it ends on Tuesday 25 October 2005. I have to make an effort, though, because the festival is all the way in Manila. I employed the strategy of inviting friends to watch with me to get me off my butt. (All right, I went and was able to see only one—Matthew, Mark, Luke and John—a film by Director Gil Portes. The good news is the ticket was only P50 in Robinson’s Ermita, but I don’t know if the rate is the same for all other movie houses though.)

And, speaking of movies, it reminds me of the ad campaign regarding movie privacy. But there are instances when an infringement of copyright is allowed under what’s legally termed as “fair use.”

And try to catch today “The Buried Secret of M. Night Shyamalan” on HBO at 9:45 AM, which I featured in Chatter & Chunter #5- Movies of Sixth Sense Director Allegedly Autobiographical. The last one is on 29 Oct 2005 Saturday 2:45 PM.

If there are other changes during the week, I’ll edit this post to keep you updated. Thank you everybody.
